The rising divorce rate has profound social and historical background in China, highlighting the changes in the values of people at this stage. To reveal the pattern of spatial-temporal evolution of Chinese divorce rate, this paper conducts a statistical analysis of regional and spatial-temporal characteristics of the changes in divorce rate at the provincial level. The divorce rate of each province in China has a non-random distribution in space, showing a significant positive spatial aggregation in China’s provinces with highhigh or low-low clustering characteristic. Looking at the characteristics of local aggregation in different provinces, the high-high clustering occurs mainly in provinces including Heilongjiang,Liaoning and Jilin, while the low-low pattern mainly in Hainan,Henan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Jiangxi,Anhui,Shandong and other south-east provinces.

Using Arcgis10.0 and Moran’s I index method, this paper analyzes changing spatial patterns of population of Xinjiang’s major ethnic groups. The Moran's I index of Xinjiang's every main ethnic group is greater than 0, indicating different aggregation and dispersion of population distribution of Xinjiang’s main ethnic groups. With Tianshan Mountain as the boundary, there is obvious differentiation between the Han and the Uygur ethnic group in southern and northern Xinjiang. In northern Xinjiang, the concentration degree of the Han population is higher, while that of the Uygur ethnic group is higher in southern Xinjiang. No obvious changes were observed of the regional distribution pattern of the Han population and Uygur, Kazak and Mongolian ethnic groups, but considerable change occurred to the regional distribution pattern of the Hui ethnic group over 1982-2010. Policy implications of the above results are discussed at the end of the paper.

In investigating sexual behavior, sexual attitudes and sexual knowledge among college students,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1151 college students in Beijing. Results show that(1) Self-constructed or recomposed Questionnaire on sexual behavior, sexual attitudes and sexual knowledge had good reliability and validity;(2)13.7%of the college students had experienced sexual intercourse, and the difference is not significant among grades but significant between sexes.Significant difference in sexual attitudes and sexual knowledge is found among grades and between sexes;(3) Sexual behavior, sexual attitudes and sexual knowledge are positively correlated.Sexual and contraceptive knowledge and sexual attitudes could predict sexual behavior.
